Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the agreed Scope of Work (SOW) and the agreed terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance of the services.

Delivery of your files and website will be completed after the final payment has been received.

This will be either by upload to your web hosting account via FTP or sending the files via email to your email address.
We do not guarantee that after delivery we will be able to retrieve your files. So please keep a backup for your records.
